EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from University of
Phoenix, Associate of Arts degree in Theatre from Mohave Community
College.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Cindy Aldridge has 25 years experience in leadership, business
management, and business development. In 1984, Aldridge created the
first credit information company to service the transportation
industry. Under her leadership, CompuNet Credit Services grew an
average of 24 percent per year, and now serves more than 80 percent
of the leading truckload carriers in the country. In November of
2004 CompuNet was sold to the First Advantage Corporation. Aldridge
is now president and CEO of Information Solutions, which provides a
variety of consulting services to small and mid size businesses.
In 2002, Aldridge
and her husband Jerry purchased the historic London Arms Pub located
in the shadow of the London Bridge. The couple built a 108-seat
theatre for live performances. At the London Arms Pub & Playhouse
the Aldridge’s produced 351 performances of 15 different musical
theatre and comedy productions. The London Arms Pub & Playhouse was
sold in 2005.
COMMUNITY
INVOLVEMENT: Ms. Aldridge is actively involved in her community
having served as Pillar Society Chair and Past Campaign Chair for
the Lake Havasu City United Way, Founder, and Past President of the
Lake Havasu City Town Hall, the Arizona Town Hall Board of
Directors, and Business Retention and Expansion Chair and Past
Treasurer for the Partnership for Economic Development. Currently,
she serves on the Lake Havasu City Chamber of Commerce Board, and is
serving a four-year term on the Lake Havasu City Council.
AWARDS AND
RECOGINITON: Ms. Aldridge was named a regional finalist in the Ernst
& Young 2003 Entrepreneur of the Year awards. She received national
recognition in the categories of Original
Products/Services
and Customer/Client Service for the Working Woman Entrepreneurial
Excellence Awards 2001 sponsored by Working Woman magazine.
Additionally, she was one of 10 finalists in the 2000 Athena Award
competition.
Ms. Aldridge is
active in community theatre and has performed lead roles in I Do I
Do, Man of La Mancha, Pirates of Penzance, Sound of Music, Guys and
Dolls, Cabaret, Into the Woods and The King and I. Ms. Aldridge is
currently completing her Masters in Business Administration at the
University of Phoenix. Aldridge moved to Lake Havasu City in 1991.
She and her husband Jerry have four children aged 12 to 24, and
enjoy theatre, boating, and international travel.
