Americans With Disabilities Act Advisory Board

	Mission Statement To achieve equal access for individuals with disabilities by working together to increase the awareness and implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act in the public and private sector.

To serve as a conduit to the Mayor and City Council for individuals with disabilities and groups that represent disabled communities in Lake Havasu City. To champion opportunities for the private sector and City facilities, programs and services to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and related laws. To communicate to the Mayor and City Council recommendations on policy, procedures and issues needed to make the public and private sectors in Lake Havasu City compliant with the Americans with Disabilities ACT and related laws.
