Havasu Youth Advisory Council

HYAC is a youth council that will be officially recognized by the Mayor and City Council. Fifteen members have been selected from a large number of qualified applicants from Lake Havasu High School and Telesis Preparatory Academy.

HYAC is currently establishing their bylaws to be presented to the City Council for approval before the end of the school year.

Once official formation is complete, HYAC will advise the City Council on issues affecting youth in our community. The Mayor and Council are proud of the progress made to date by HYAC and thank all the members for their dedication and hard work to make Lake Havasu City a better place for all of its citizens.
