Lake Havasu City Municipal Court
Objectives
Continue to streamline the operations of the Consolidated Court, especially in conjunction with the Superior Court Division assigned to Lake Havasu City. There may be some special rule changes allowed by the Supreme Court allowing a new case management system to reduce delay in case processing. The rule changes would only be allowed because of the Consolidated Court and Superior Court Division being in the same building and staff working as a unit.
Review current court standards and expand those standards to link performance with budgeting, maintaining ongoing planning, and judicial performance review.

To guarantee the basic due process rights of all citizens appearing before the court, while assuring public safety through its dispositional powers.
