Finance administration is
responsible for City Hall reception services,
mail services, and general finance department clerical
support.
Administration
coordinates the
activities related to City Hall’s Safety/Security
Committee, handles an average of 9,200 calls per month
through the switchboard, and processes an average of
11,000 pieces of outgoing
mail per month in the mail center.
Other responsibilities of
Administration
include designing and producing most of the
Finance Department’s documents and forms, such
as:
