Customer Service is responsible for billing of water,
wastewater and sanitation utility user fees; processing
business license applications and issuing licenses;
processing daily cash receipts and depositing monies
into the bank.
Utility Services include initiating and processing
applications for new service and termination of service;
initiating work orders for meter installation, repairs
and replacement, and water leaks; processing or
investigating customer complaints; answering questions
and assisting customers in person and over the phone.
Payments for water, wastewater and sanitation can be made by
mail, over the phone, in person at the customer service
counter at City Hall, or in the drop box next to City Hall. You may also pay your current bill online through Netbill or set up auto payment through Surepay.
