INVESTIGATIONS

The Lake Havasu City Fire Department investigates the origin, cause, and circumstances of every fire occurring in the city. All members are certified investigators and constantly update their training through the Arizona Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigations.

HAZMAT

The hazardous materials investigators for the Lake Havasu City Fire Department investigate any unauthorized releases of hazardous materials. The three-member team, also under the direction of the fire marshal, aggressively applies their expertise when regulating the mishandling of hazardous waste. All members are certified through the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
