Lake Havasu City is introducing LHC InFocus, a new service to provide citizens with a way to communicate concerns and questions to Lake Havasu City government.

Find Answers: Look up frequently asked questions by department, issue or keyword to find quick responses. This process does not require a login so the citizen does not need to provide a user name, password or email address. |

Ask a Question: Address an individual question or concern to a member of the city staff. This process requires a one-time only registration where the citizen will need to provide user information, including a user name, password and email address. |

Make a Service Request: Search our request list by department, issue or keyword to address specific issues that need to be addressed by a member of city staff. This process requires a one-time only registration where the citizen will need to provide user information, including a user name, password and email address. |
Citizens can then track all information related to their accounts, including statuses on any work requests, by logging into "My LHC InFocus."
