Married 30 years to Eileen. One son, Jonathan, who lives in Sacramento. Jonathan is also an accountant. Eileen and Mark enjoy playing golf with friends and spending time with their three dogs.

- Currently hold an active license as a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona and California.
- Member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Tax Professionals.

- Honors graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in accounting – 1976.

- 1976-1997 – Ernst & Young LLP – last 11 years as a partner.
- Traveled extensively throughout the Far and Middle East
- Practicing CPA in Lake Havasu City since 1998
