CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Mark Nexsen called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The mayor led in the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Councilmembers Mark Nexsen, Dean Barlow, Lee Barnes, Don Callahan, David McAtlin, Margaret Nyberg, and Brian Wedemeyer.

VOTE TO ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) RE: DISCUSSION AND CONSULTATION FOR LEGAL ADVICE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL RE: LAKE HAVASU CITY V. FIDENCE DEVELOPMENT AND LIANCE DEVELOPMENT, MOHAVE COUNTY CASE NO. CV-08-7039. PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 38-431.03, ANY RECORDS OR DOCUMENTS DISTRIBUTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OR ANY CONVERSATIONS OCCURING DURING EXECUTIVE SESSION SHALL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL (One or more councilmembers may be participating by phone.)

Councilmember Callahan moved to adjourn to Executive Session, seconded and unanimously carried.

ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION

The council adjourned to Executive Session at 4:01 p.m.
