Five Arrested During Search Warrant

On August 29, 2016, at approximately 4:30 p.m., detectives from the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Bureau, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), served a drug-related search warrant at a residence in the 2800 Block of Star Drive. The search warrant was a result of officers investigating a domestic violence incident and observing items of drug paraphernalia inside the residence.

Detectives located and seized a usable amount of methamphetamine and heroin, along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia.

Arrested during the search warrant were 33-year-old Lauren Doyle, 34-year-old Marina DeLegarza, 25-year-old Tyler Kenyon, 20-year-old Clifford Horkans, and 18-year-old Jeremy James. 

Lauren Doyle was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marina DeLegarza was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tyler Kenyon was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Clifford Horkans was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Jeremy James was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marina DeLegarza was additionally charged with providing false information to law enforcement after she gave a false name to the officers on scene.

During their initial appearances, Doyle was held on a $5,000 bond. DeLegarza, Kenyon, and James, were held on a $50,000 bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. Horkans was released on his own recognizance.
