Temporary Road Closure at London Bridge Beach Park and Lane Restriction at Rotary Community Park for Water Conservation Program Implementation
June 10, 2016

The Lake Havasu City Engineering Division has contracted for the connections of Rotary Community Park and London Bridge Beach Park irrigation systems to the existing reclaimed water system. Work is progressing on schedule and paving is planned for June 15 and 16 of next week. This work will require a temporary roadway closure at London Bridge Beach. Traffic will be able to enter and exit London Bridge Beach Park using both entrances, however there will be no through traffic allowed within the park between 5:00 a.m. June 15 and 5:00 p.m., June 16.

This work also requires a temporary lane restriction at the north entrance of Rotary Community Park, June 15. The roadway will be restricted to one lane with flaggers directing traffic through the single driving lane. This restriction may cause short delays. It is recommended that park visitors use the south entrance when possible to reduce delays.

Thank you for your assistance and as always, please exercise caution when driving through any construction area.
