Public Invited to City Auction Saturday, October 13, 2007

Lake Havasu City will hold a public auction of vehicles and equipment on Saturday, October 13, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Public Works Maintenance Facility, 900 London Bridge Road. Signs will be posted for the auction. Items up for bid may be viewed beginning at 8 a.m. on the day of the auction.

Items include: computers, televisions, small power tools, copiers, jewelry and many miscellaneous items, as well as Ford Crown Victorias, Chevy, Ford and Dodge pickups, heavy construction equipment, Ford Mini-Buses, a dump truck, crane truck, motor home, Cushman 3 Wheelers, and a Boston Whaler Boat. Terms: Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. All items must be paid in full and picked up on sale day, no exceptions. All items are sold “as is, where is”. Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for descriptions or quantities. Announcements from the Auction Block take precedence over written word. A 10% buyer’s premium and sales tax are added to winning bids. A $100 refundable deposit is required to bid.
