Class Description

Aqua Aerobics (Advanced)

This class provides a great workout that strengthens and tones muscles, increases flexibility and gets your heart pumping.  As well as allows you to enjoy the toning effects of the water.

Aqua Challenge (Intermediate)

This class is for individuals ready for a challenge, who like to have fun!  Class includes a wide spectrum of workouts with basic cardiovascular water exercise, water step, dancing, and more.

Aqua Magic (Therapy/Post Rehab)

This class is designed for individuals with special needs who are suffering from neuromuscular diseases.  Exercises are performed in the main pool.

Aqua Motion (Beginner/All levels of exercisers)

This class is for individuals who enjoy weight training, running, and all other forms of hydro-fit workout.  Exercise includes use of aqua dumbbells and aqua jogger flotation belts.

 

Aqua Motion Plus (Advanced)

This class is an upgrade of Aqua Motion, this high powered workout focuses on improving cardiovascular strength and range of motion. 

 

Aqua Pilates (Advanced)

This class utilizes a specially designed aqua frame.  Aqua Pilates is done in shallow & deep water.  It develops core muscle strength, helps correct posture, and relieves stress.

 

Arthritis Exercise (Beginner)

This class is conducted according to the guidelines set forth by the Arthritis Foundation and is designed for the beginning student.  It is based on easy to perform exercise, minimal number of repetitions, and non strenuous activities.  In order to accommodate the special needs of these students.

 

Fibromyalgia (Beginner)

This class is designed for those suffering from Fibromyalgia.  Increase muscle strength and range of motion while relieving joint pressure and stress.  Pave the way to a stronger, healthier, pain free life.

 

Power Training (Advanced)

This class is a challenging way to keep in shape.  Water kickboxing offers high level of cardio exercise utilizing basic kickboxing moves.  Water shoes are highly recommended.

Seniorcise (Intermediate)

This class offers muscle strengthening and provides cardiovascular training of optimal health and weight loss as well as stretching and strengthening full range muscle development.

 

Tai Chi (all levels of exercisers)

This class is designed for the body, mind and spirit.  Participants are gently working muscles, focusing concentration, and improving the energy or chi.  Tai Chi is a non-impact land exercise highly recommended for those who suffer from arthritis, MS, Fibromyalgia, as well as those who wish to improve their quality of life.

 

Water Wellness (Intermediate)

This class is designed to improve strength and cardio respiratory capacity, increase range of motion, and promote relaxation.

 

Woggles Workout (All levels of exercisers)

This class is an exhilarating deep water circuit that encompasses training formats for muscular endurance and cardio enhancement.
