Description
The Recreation Division provides quality programs for the entire community in a cost-effective manner. These programs are offered to individuals ranging in age from toddler to active adults. Sports, year round after-school programs & camps, special events and special interest classes. Many of the activities are offered through partnerships with outside organizations for the betterment of the community.
Mission Statement
Provide Lake Havasu City residents and visitors with a variety of quality educational/preventative recreational programs, aquatic, leisure and cultural programs, and to provide and maintain city-owned parks and recreational facilities at a high standard level that is fiscally responsible, manpower efficient and cost effective.
This Fall we have combined our Itti Bitti Gym with Aquatic Fitness. Both programs are designed to improve your child's motor skills and enhance Mother/Father and child bonding. Children will participate in activities that will improve their motor skills, muscle tone, flexibility, balance and rhythm as well as listening and social skills. These classes fill up fast so call or stop by and schedule you and your child.
