Located within the park is a radio controlled RC track and a skate park. Monies received from State Lake Improvement Fund Grants were used to partially fund these park developments and/or renovations.

This 4 acre beach/park is centrally located and easily accessible from SR 95. Located on the shores of Lake Havasu, it offers picnic facilities, barbecues, 3 playgrounds (1 for persons w/special needs), 6 beach volleyball courts, ball fields, bocce ball courts, restrooms and open space areas.
