The Community Investment Program (CIP) includes numerous projects for several Departments with a total budget of approximately $133,776,725. The Public Works Department's projects support and improve city services for water, sewer, streets, and drainage. Public Works' portion of the CIP is separated into general projects, streets and drainage projects, water projects, and the Wastewater System Expansion Program. Public Works also manages CIP projects for other Departments including:
- Firming Agreement for Future Water
- Water Master Plan Update
- Water Resource Recharge/Recovery
- Water Security/SCADA System Upgrade
- Water Service line Replacement
- Water Tank Rehabilitation
- Waterline Replacement Improvements
- Well Abandonment and Rehabilitation
