Water Resource Coordinator: Doyle Wilson, PhD., P.G. The main duty of the Water Resource Development program is to secure additional and manage existing water resources and to monitor the quality and oversee remediation of impacted water supplies. The Water Resource Coordinator acts as a liaison to county, state and federal committees concerning water related issues.
