1. Click on the "Ask City Hall" button that is located at the top of this website. |

2. Click on the link "Continue to LHC InFocus." |

3. Click on the link "Make a Request." |

4. Click on the green "select" button next to "Register to receive RFP Information." This will take you to the login window. |

5. If you already have an account with LHC InFocus, enter your email address and password and click "Submit." If you do not have an account click the "Create Account" link at the bottom of the screen. |

5. You will be taken to a screen to register. Please fill out all information required and click "Submit." You will be taken to the window to fill out the remaining request information. |

5. Enter the RFP Number for the bid in which you are interested. You must submit a request for each bid in order to receive all information (addenda, etc.) and to be considered in the bidding process. Click the "Submit" button. |
| 6. You will receive a confirmation email from Lake Havasu City with a link that returns you to the page to download RFP/Bid information. You may now download all documents pertaining to the RFP/Bid for which you submitted a request. Future addenda will be sent to you. |
