FLEX is a Curb-to-Curb Paratransit shared ride service provided by Lake Havasu City Transit.
WHO CAN RIDE FLEX?
Our Curb-to-Curb Paratransit shared ride service is for seniors (60+ years) and ADA-certified patrons regardless of age within the City limits.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RIDE?
FLEX service is $3.25 each ride.
To promote health safety for staff and customers, FLEX uses a cashless fare system so no tokens, tickets, or cash is needed. Our dispatch office will contact you to set up your cashless fare account prior to your first ride.
WHAT HOURS DOES FLEX OPERATE?
Monday through Friday 10:00 am until 3:00 pm
HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A RIDE?
To better serve the FLEX customer, all rides are by reservation only. Customers are required to complete and submit an application prior to their first ride. To receive detailed information please contact our dispatch office at the number below between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
WHERE CAN FLEX TAKE ME?
Qualified riders can travel to and from locations within the Lake Havasu City limits. Shown on the service zone map below. Unfortunately, we do not go out to The Shops (Walmart).
