Multiple Subjects Arrested

On February 28, the Lake Havasu City Police Department Street Crimes Unit and Special Investigations Unit, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), received information about two subjects with outstanding felony warrants who were staying at a residence in the 2800 block of South Jamaica Boulevard.  Officers made contact with one of the subjects, 22-year-old Lake Havasu City resident Alecia M. Heredia in the parking lot of the residential complex and arrested her without incident.  The other subject, 28-year-old Las Vegas resident Jacob A. Ramos was arrested after being located inside of the residence. 

Alecia M. Heredia was charged with possession of prescription only pills, possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony probation warrant.  During her initial appearance, Heredia was held without bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.

Jacob A. Ramos was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants.  During his initial appearance, Ramos was held without bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.  

During the investigation, multiple subjects were located inside of the residence and items of drug paraphernalia were observed in the apartment.  A search warrant was served at the location on February 28.   The following subjects were arrested as a result of the investigation:

Thomas J. Mays, 35-year-old Lake Havasu City resident was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.  Mays was held on a $1000 bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.  

Regina F. Whitaker, 27-year-old Lake Havasu City resident was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  Whitaker was held on a $1000 bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.  

Jordan M. Stivers, 27-year-old Lake Havasu resident was arrested and charged with possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Stivers was held on a $1000 bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
