Suspect Arrested for Sale of Dangerous Drugs

The Lake Havasu City Police Department Special Investigations Unit has been conducting an investigation over the past few months into a subject selling methamphetamine and heroin throughout Lake Havasu City.

On Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at approximately 2:00 p.m., 38-year-old Lake Havasu City resident Brian A. Wolf was arrested after being contacted at a business in the 3600 block of North Jamaica Boulevard and found to be in possession of a small amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Later that evening, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Lake Havasu City Police Department SWAT team and Special Investigations Unit served a search warrant at Wolf’s residence in the 3900 block of Lunar Drive. During the search warrant, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana were located.

As a result of the month long investigation, Brian A. Wolf was charged with sale of dangerous drugs, sale of narcotic drugs, possession of narcotic drugs, possession and sale of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. During his initial appearance on August 31, 2017, Wolf was held without bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
