The Lake Havasu City Police Department releases the following information pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 13-3825 (Sex Offender Community Notification Law).  This offender has indicated he will be living in Lake Havasu City. 

Foster Fitzgerald resides at 1739 Montana Vista #D in Lake Havasu City.  Fitzgerald is a 27-year-old white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  In 2017, Fitzgerald was convicted of sexual assault in Lake Havasu City after he had sexual intercourse with the female victim without her consent.

Fitzgerald has been convicted of and has completed his sentence for a sex offense. Fitzgerald has registered with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office as a convicted sex offender. Fitzgerald is not currently wanted by the Lake Havasu City Police Department or any other police agency.

This notification is not intended to cause fear; rather it is believed that an informed community is a safer community.
