On August 15, 2020 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Lake Havasu City Police officers responded to London Bridge Beach 1360 N. McCulloch Blvd. for a report of a large group of people fighting. 

During the investigation, it was discovered that a 10-year old male went to use the restroom at London Bridge Beach.  An adult male subject, later identified as 37-year old Peach Springs, AZ resident Allijah A. Lee was also in the restroom.  Lee allegedly grabbed the 10-year old victim and tried to push him into a bathroom stall.   The child fell to the ground when pushed by Lee and was able to get away from Lee. 

The 10-year old victim immediately told his father who then confronted Lee in the area outside of the restrooms.   A physical fight started between members of the victim’s family and members of Lee’s family.   Lee attempted to leave the area prior to officer’s arrival, however Lee was located near the upper parking lot of London Bridge Beach.

As a result of the investigation, Allijah A. Lee was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a minor, kidnapping and assault.  During his initial appearance, Lee was released in lieu of a bond and ordered to comply with conditions of the Mohave County Probation Department’s Pretrial Services Supervision Program.
