Officers responded to the location and upon arrival, observed several subjects fleeing the residence, both on foot and in vehicles.

Officers were able to stop one of the vehicles leaving the residence and during the course of the stop, learned that the vehicle was stolen from the residence. The vehicle was occupied by two male subjects, Identified as 19-year old Logan Frazier and 22-year old Clayton Frazier, both Lake Havasu City residents. Officers also located several items inside the vehicle that were later determined to be stolen from the Palisades Drive residence.

When Officers attempted to stop a Red Jeep Cherokee from fleeing the scene, the driver of the Jeep Cherokee drove toward the Officer’s vehicle in an attempt to strike it. There was no contact made between the two vehicles, and the Jeep Cherokee continued to flee from Officers where a pursuit was initiated. He was charged with Burglary, Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, and Unlawful Flight from Law Enforcement. The juvenile male was transported to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center.

This vehicle has not been located and was entered as stolen in the National Crime Information Center.  The interior of the residence was damaged so severely, that the repair value is estimated to be in the tens of thousands of dollars.

As a result of the investigation Logan Frazier was arrested for Burglary and Unlawful Use of Means of Transportation. After his initial appearance, Logan Frazier was held on a $10,000 cash-only bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
