MULTIPLE SUBJECTS ARRESTED FOLLOWING BURGLARY INVESTIGATION

On September 24, 2020 at approximately 10:40 p.m., Officers with the Lake Havasu City Police Department received information that there were multiple subjects inside an unoccupied residence in the 2800 block of Palisades Drive damaging property.

Officers responded to the location and upon arrival, observed several subjects fleeing the residence, both on foot and in vehicles.

Officers were able to stop one of the vehicles leaving the residence and during the course of the stop, learned that the vehicle was stolen from the residence. The vehicle was occupied by two male subjects, Identified as 19-year old Logan Frazier and 22-year old Clayton Frazier, both Lake Havasu City residents. Officers also located several items inside the vehicle that were later determined to be stolen from the Palisades Drive residence.

When Officers attempted to stop a Red Jeep Cherokee from fleeing the scene, the driver of the Jeep Cherokee drove toward the Officer’s vehicle in an attempt to strike it. There was no contact made between the two vehicles, and the Jeep Cherokee continued to flee from Officers where a pursuit was initiated. Spike strips were deployed but did not disable the vehicle and the pursuit was terminated a short time later. Continued investigation resulted in the identification and arrest of a male juvenile as being the driver of the Jeep Cherokee. He was charged with Burglary, Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, and Unlawful Flight from Law Enforcement. The juvenile male was transported to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center.

During an investigation at the residence, Officers learned that a 2015 Blue Ford Focus was also stolen from the residence on an unknown date and time. This vehicle has not been located and was entered as stolen in the National Crime Information Center.  The interior of the residence was damaged so severely, that the repair value is estimated to be in the tens of thousands of dollars.

As a result of the investigation Logan Frazier was arrested for Burglary and Unlawful Use of Means of Transportation. After his initial appearance, Logan Frazier was held on a $10,000 cash-only bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.

Clayton Frazier was arrested for Burglary, Unlawful Use of Means of Transportation, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, and Misconduct Involving Weapons. After his initial appearance, Clayton Frazier was held on a $25,000 cash-only bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.

Two juvenile males were also arrested for Burglary and transported to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center.

This investigation still remains active at this time, and additional subjects are still being sought for questioning and involvement in this case.
