Lake Havasu City contracted with the National Research Center (NRC) to perform the Citizen Survey. The statistically valid survey provides an opportunity to connect with community members and gain a better understanding with qualified data of opinions on City services and the perceptions of quality of life. The results are used by Lake Havasu City leaders to identify challenges and to plan for and evaluate improvements and to sustain services and amenities for long-term success.

The report provides the opinions of a representative sample of 1,699 residents of Lake Havasu City collected from March 19, 2021 to May 7, 2021. The margin of error around any reported percentage is 2% for all respondents and the response rate for the 2021 survey was 22%. Survey results were weighted so that the demographic profile of respondents was representative of the demographic profile of adults in Lake Havasu City

If you have any questions about the survey please contact Anthony Kozlowski, Assistant to the City Manager.
