Lake Havasu City’s Parks and Recreation Department celebrates a highly successful six-month period marked by strong community participation, expanded programming, and memorable events that continue to enhance the quality of life for residents of all ages.

Lake Havasu City is proud to announce a new partnership with the Lake Havasu City Military Moms to honor the brave men and women from our community who are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces. Through this collaboration, Military Tribute Banners will be displayed at Wheeler Park, providing residents and visitors with a meaningful way to recognize and celebrate their hometown heroes.

Beginning Wednesday, December 10, and continuing through the end of the month, weather permitting, the City’s contractor is installing a steel-cased water main beneath two wash crossings near the intersection of Acoma Boulevard and Jamaica Boulevard. This phase of work requires excavation and boring under the existing box culverts.
