You can pay online for many different types of services with Lake Havasu City. Here is a list of payment types and instructions on how to pay your bill.

UTILITY BILL (WATER - SEWER - TRASH)

Before you use the bill payment website, you will need your account number (found on your most recent statement) and your billing zip code. If you do not have your last billing statement, you can email Customer Service.

PAY UTILITY BILL

You can also pay by phone 24 hours a day or mail in your payment. The phone number and address are listed below. There is no charge for phone payments.

SETTING UP AUTOPAY ON THE BILL PAYMENT SITE ONCE REGISTERED

If using a laptop or desktop computer, click “Autopay” from the sidebar menu options. You will see the menu option upon signing in. 

If using a mobile interface (i.e. phone, ipad, tablet, etc.), once signed in click the icon on the top right hand side of the screen. Click “Pay & View Bills” from the menu options, and then select “Autopay” from the options it presents thereafter.

  • The first two boxes will show “variable payment on due date” and the next calendar day; these fields cannot be changed.
    • The third box can be edited to show your preferred method of payment. Simply toggle between them using the dropdown arrow at the end of the box.
  • Agree to the terms and click submit
  • You will continue to the “payment provider”
  • Enter payment information 

Make sure you hit the "Save Card" or "Save Account" button on the bottom of the screen.

You can also sign up for autopay by filling out the below forms and mailing/bringing them into City hall with a copy of voided check.

AIRPORT PAYMENTS

Airport fees can be paid via the following options:
