Lake Havasu City announces an upcoming sealing project for the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport runway and taxiway, beginning next Wednesday, April 29, 2026, and continuing through Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The project includes more than 180,000 square yards of asphalt sealcoating and restriping, requiring temporary closures of Taxiway A and four connectors. Additionally, final restriping of the runway is scheduled approximately 30 days later, requiring another short-duration runway closure, with dates to be determined.

Lake Havasu City reminds residents that the upcoming Coffee with the Mayor and City Manager is this Friday, May 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers at 92 Acoma Boulevard South.

Beginning Monday, May 4, 2026, through June 20, 2026, Lake Havasu City is installing a new water main along Acoma Boulevard, from the intersection of Acoma Boulevard and Havasupai to Bahama Avenue. This phase of work includes installing a new 8-inch water main pipe, fire hydrants, water services, and fire lines.
