SUPER BOWL 2021 FLAG FOOTBALL
February 06
10:00 AM
COVID-19 PLAN
  1. Crowd Control
    1. We usually do a five minute gap between games, we will adjust that to ten minutes to allow players/spectators to exit before the next arrive.
    2. Signage will also be posted in various areas to encourage/enforce masks and social distancing on each field.
    3. If we come across a situation to include anyone not willing to follow the social distancing guidelines, they will politely be asked to leave the event.
    4. We will limit the number of registered teams to 16 which will lower the total players, spectators, staff to around 100.
    5. Teams will be asked in advance to limit bringing friends and family to the event. We do not typically see much of a crowd at the adult tournaments.

  1. Covid-19 Procedures
    1. Temperature checks/Symptom screenings will take place at our registration table. We will have a large sign as well as prior communication to all teams that they, as well as their spectators must be screened and wrist banded to enter the event. (Wrist bands will be provided after being screened). We will have a staff member walking the fields ensuring each person has been checked.
    2. In case of positive tests after the tournament, I (Bruce Jurecki) will be the contact person for contact tracing.
    3. Hand sanitizer will be available at our central registration table, restrooms, our referee tent, and trainers table.
