SCOTT HARTMAN RETIREMENT

Fire Deputy Chief Scott Hartman is retiring after a long career with the Lake Havasu City Fire Department. Scott was hired as a Paid-on-Call Firefighter from February 1996 through June 1998. During this time, he earned his EMT certification and then was hired as a fulltime firefighter in July of 1998. Scott was promoted to Firefighter/Paramedic in August of 2000. Scott became a fulltime Fire Inspector in October of 2006. In 2012, he earned the Fire Prevention Officer position, and then he was promoted to Fire Division Chief in 2015. Since 2020, he served as our City’s Deputy Fire Chief of Prevention. Congratulations Scott. Thank you for your 27 years of dedication and service to this City. We wish you the best in your retirement!
