City offices are closed, and the Coffee with the Mayor and City Manager is paused on Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Police and Fire Department services remain unaffected. However, administrative offices, transit operations, and the Aquatic Center are closed. All City offices resume normal schedules on Monday, July 7. Trash and recycling schedules are not interrupted.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to celebrate safely and join in on this year’s expanded Fourth of July festivities at the Anderson Auto & Powersports Fire on the Water Festival, hosted at a new location, Rotary Community Park. This FREE, family-friendly event features live music, food trucks, games, and a spectacular fireworks display over Lake Havasu at 9:00 p.m. The festival runs from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Stay safe, stay cool, and enjoy a spectacular Fourth of July in Lake Havasu City!
The RCP skate park, the lower parking lot, and the upper parking lot will be closed for the 4th event. There will be no access for any users.
