This tree is a three way cross between Blue Palo Verde (Parkinsonia florida), Foothills Palo Verde (Parkinsonia microphylla), and Mexican Palo Verde (Parkinsonia aculeata). This thornless clone has the photosynthetic blue-green bark and beautiful yellow flowers of other Palo Verde species with an upright growth habit.
