Leatherleaf Acacia
LEATHERLEAF ACACIA
Acacia craspedocarpa

The Leatherleaf Acacia gets its name from its tough, course, leathery gray-green leaves. This resilient shrub is just as tough as it feels, and can withstand a multitude of different environmental conditions. Other than the litter this shrub can produce (which actually makes a great mulch if left around the base of the plant), this shrub requires very little maintenance, and therefore, little water.
