2022 LAW ENFORCEMENT TORCH RUN

Lake Havasu City Police Officers were among many who participated in the 2022 Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics on Tuesday. The event started at Sara Park and participants made their way along SR 95 to Rotary Park where they were greeted by Lake Havasu Special Olympians. Together, they walked through the Bridgewater Channel and stopped in the English Village for photos.

The Torch Run participants then set off for the last stretch of the run along SR 95 to Showplace Avenue and ended the journey at Anderson Toyota. Officers and Special Olympians concluded the event with a pancake breakfast courtesy of Anderson Auto Group. The total length of the run was approximately 14.5 miles long.
