The Lake Havasu City community is invited to wish outgoing city manager Charlie Cassens a happy retirement at a public open house celebration on December 20 from 1:30pm to 3:00 p.m., in the lobby at City Hall, located at 2330 McCulloch Boulevard North.

Cassens announced in May that he would retire effective December 29, 2017, after serving 38 years in the public sector. Prior to Cassens’ appointment as City Manager in 2010, he served as the City’s Public Information Officer from 2001 to 2005 and Intergovernmental and Communications Affairs Manager until he was appointed Interim City Manager in October 2009.

Please stop by and wish Charlie a fond farewell and enjoy light refreshments. No RSVP is required for the informal drop-in event.
