ARREST MADE IN WEAPONS MISCONDUCT INVESTIGATION
April 22, 2024

On April 18, 2024, at approximately 10:54 p.m., officers with the Lake Havasu City Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the area of McCulloch Bay / McCulloch Blvd N in reference to a domestic violence situation involving a subject with a weapon. 

Upon officers’ arrival, the suspect was observed inside a residence, where he was reported to be armed with many firearms. The Lake Havasu City Police Department SWAT team along with the Negotiator team, were called to assist in this incident. During this initial investigation, communication with the suspect could not be re-established, and it was eventually determined that he was no longer inside the residence.

On April 21, 2024, officers with the Lake Havasu City Police Department received information as to the whereabouts of Yordi Mulder. Officers responded to a residence in the 3000 block of Silversmith Dr. where they were able to contact and arrest Mulder. 

Mulder was charged with aggravated assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct with a weapon per domestic violence.

During his initial appearance, Mulder was held on a $5000 cash only bond that was later posted at the Lake Havasu City Justice court and Mulder was released pending further court appearances.
