At approximately 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, the Lake Havasu City Fire Department was dispatched to a desert rescue in the area of Window Rock Road. The caller reported that a UTV had rolled over in the desert with two occupants. Two engine companies, two side-by-side rescue vehicles, two ambulances, and a Battalion Chief responded to the scene.

Rescue crews entered the desert and located the victims, along with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, approximately half a mile from Window Rock Road. Both patients were treated on scene, extricated from the desert, and transported to Havasu Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
