Responding officers located an unresponsive female victim and attempted life-saving measures at the crash scene. The female was ultimately transported to the Lake Havasu City Regional Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries. The female driver was identified as 41-year-old Lake Havasu City resident Tiffany Lavalle,

The Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Crash Investigation Team responded to the crash scene to conduct the investigation. The crash is still under investigation, and speed does appear to be a factor. The decedents’ family has been notified.
