Over the past several weeks, Detectives with the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), have been investigating a male subject selling suspected fentanyl pills in the Lake Havasu City area.

On April 12, 2022, at approximately 6:20 p.m., with assistance from the department’s Street Crimes Unit, Detectives located and arrested the male subject, identified as 33-year-old Lake Havasu City resident Joshua Bergstrom in the area of Armour Drive and Jamaica Boulevard South. He was charged with Sales of Narcotic Drugs and released from custody after he posted a $10,000.00 cash-only bond.

Prior to Bergstrom’s arrest on April 12, he was out on bond from previous arrests in October and November of 2021 where he was charged with Possession of Narcotic Drugs for Sale and Domestic Violence charges.
