Over the past several months, detectives with the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), have been conducting an investigation into two subjects selling illegal drugs in the Lake Havasu City area.

On September 17, 2020 at approximately 3:55 a.m., Patrol Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle that was occupied by the subjects in question, and a short vehicle pursuit ensued when the driver of the vehicle failed to stop. After her initial appearance, Thomas was held on a $50,000 cash-only bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
