Lake Havasu City Police Department detectives continue to investigate the officer involved shooting incident that occurred in Kingman, Arizona on February 26, 2024.

The Kingman Police Officers involved in the shooting are identified as:

• Sergeant Jason Huerta who has been employed with Kingman Police Department for 10 years.
  
• Officer Steven Avitabile-Rosa who has been employed with Kingman Police Department for 2.5 years.
  
• Officer Gilbert Gima who has been employed with Kingman Police Department for 1.5 years.
  

The subject that was injured during the shooting incident is identified as 53-year-old Golden Valley, AZ resident Mario Fragassi. Mario remains at Sunrise Medical Center, Las Vegas, in critical, but stable condition.
