The Lake Havasu City Police Department releases its Labor Day Holiday weekend statistics from Friday, August 29, 2025, to Monday, September 1, 2025.

In total, the Lake Havasu City Police Department received 950 calls for service and made a total of 90 arrests, 52 of which were booked into the LHCPD jail, 37 were cited and released (eight of which were juveniles), and one was a juvenile who was referred and released. Eleven of these arrests were felony in nature. A total of 141 reports were completed.

During holiday weekends in Lake Havasu City, traffic safety is of utmost importance and concern. The LHCPD provided enhanced traffic and DUI enforcement throughout the weekend. During this year’s Labor Day holiday weekend, a total of 10 DUI offenders were arrested, none of which were aggravated (felony) in nature. A total of 406 drivers were contacted during civil traffic stops.
