LHCPD DISONTINUES MOBILE APP, FOCUSING ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
October 02, 2023

The Lake Havasu City Police Department wishes to notify the community that it will be discontinuing services of the Lake Havasu City Police Department Mobile App. This app was designed to provide news and alerts to community members who have downloaded and subscribed to it. The subscription will end on October 17, 2023.

Instead, the LHCPD is focused on providing updated community alerts, news, and information through Lake Havasu City’s various social media platforms. We encourage you to follow the “Lake Havasu City - Municipal Government” Facebook page, as well as the “lhcazgov” Instagram account.

The Lake Havasu City Police Department provides updated information to the community through these social media platforms. Much of the information that has been and will continue to be provided includes career opportunities, news alerts, spotlighting employees, traffic closures from collisions or active scenes, and much more.

The PD App also provided capabilities to submit tips and file reports electronically. Anonymous information can be called into Havasu Silent Witness at 928-854-TIPS (8477). Citizens can utilize Havasu Silent Witness’ anonymous text messaging service by texting your message to “CRIMES” or 274637. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through a web page-based tip service at TIPSOFT.COM. Citizens can also file online police reports via Lake Havasu City's 'website.
