The Lake Havasu City Police Department Street Crimes Unit is currently investigating multiple graffiti incidents that have occurred primarily in the downtown area over the past two months. Approximately ten reports have been filed involving similar markings and writing style. Most of the incidents involved spray paint; however, in one case, the same phrase, “INEM,” was etched into a window of a business.
The Lake Havasu City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual(s) responsible for this property damage. Havasu Silent Witness is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspect(s).
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Lake Havasu City Police Department at (928) 855-1171. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Lake Havasu Silent Witness at 928-854-TIPS (8477). Additionally, you can report a concern using the HavasuNOW App on your mobile device or send an email to tips@lhcaz.gov.
