OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE SAFETY
December 04, 2020

Lake Havasu City would like to remind the public, that off-highway vehicle (OHV) use can be a safe, enjoyable, low-impact activity when users follow the laws, stay on open or designated roads and trails, and ride safely and responsibly outside the city limits.

OHV users should avoid any private property, property owned, leased or controlled by the United States of America, the state and Lake Havasu City except upon trails duly designated for OHV use. It is important that the OHV user refrain from creating dust as well as loud, unnecessary or unusual noise so as to disturb or interfere with the peace and quiet of others.

In an effort to educate the public on OHV use, OHV users should obey signs, carry a map and abide by all city rules and obligations necessary for enjoyment of a safe, ethical, and responsible activity.
