Lake Havasu City is undergoing a water and wastewater utility rate study. The study determines whether sufficient revenues are recovered through our rates to pay for the continued operation of our municipal water and wastewater system. 

To increase public understanding of rate plans, please join the project team online or in-person for an open house-style public Q&A presentation on Monday, May 1^st, at the Council Chambers at the Police Department located at 2360 McCulloch Blvd. North. There are two presentations scheduled, so that residents can come and go throughout the afternoon.  Presentations are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m. The project team will share an overview of the rate study and answer any questions you may have.
