Lake Havasu City is excited to announce the upcoming replacement of the Site Six Fishing Dock, bringing residents and visitors an improved experience at one of our community’s favorite spots.
Construction begins the week of October 6, with closure of the existing dock scheduled for the week of October 13. This closure remains in place throughout the duration of the construction period, currently anticipated to last through mid-November, weather permitting.
To safely complete this project, the Site Six Boat Ramp is also temporarily closed for approximately two weeks, from October 27 through November 7 for crane operations to remove and replace the existing dock. A buoy barrier is also in place during this time.
For everyone’s safety, pedestrians are asked to avoid the construction area until the project is finished.
Lake Havasu City appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation as we complete this exciting upgrade that will enhance recreation and improve our lakefront infrastructure for years to come.
