Lake Havasu City enhances Jamaica Boulevard with important roadway upgrades between Peña Lane and Saddleback Drive beginning  Thursday, September 18, and continuing through October 22, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. These improvements, which include milling, paving, and utility adjustments, are designed to create a smoother, safer driving experience while extending the life of the roadway.

Crews are performing milling and paving operations, as well as adjusting utilities by lowering and raising them to match the new pavement.

Occasional temporary lane shifts occur to support construction zones. Two lanes of traffic remain open at all times, though motorists may experience periodic traffic delays due to rolling operations.

Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time, use caution in work zones, and follow all posted signage throughout the construction period.
