UPDATE: PERSON OF INTEREST SOUGHT IN ARSON INVESTIGATION

November 30, 2025

On November 30, 2025, at approximately 3:02 PM, Keith Gensamer was taken into custody about two miles south of Lake Havasu City. A Mohave County Sheriff’s Deputy and Bureau of Land Management Officer located Gensamer’s trailer after receiving information from the Lake Havasu City Police Department.

After the vehicle was found, officers established surveillance, and the Lake Havasu City Police Department and Mohave County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Teams were activated. Gensamer was located inside the trailer and arrested without incident.

Additional details regarding the charges will be released as the investigation remains ongoing.
